Carlene Navas, M.D.



Dr. Navas was born in New York. She is married with 1 son. She pursued her Masters Degree at Columbia University and her medical education at Ross University, Dominica where she graduated with honors. Dr. Navas pursued her residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center.
